The liberal arts curriculum at Talladega College serves as a strong foundation for the development of the whole person and well-rounded leaders. The required courses in General Education establish a strong base for a liberal arts education.
All major disciplines are grounded in the liberal arts. Thus, Talladega College can maintain its tradition of preparing leaders who think independently, are secure in their sense of themselves, are open to intellectual growth and prompted to serve their community. Graduation Candidates for the Bachelor of Arts degree must successfully complete all major program requirements and course work. A cumulative grade point average of 2. For each of these three graduation honors, an academic division must approve proposals for senior projects and evaluate project outcomes.
